2011 for Mac Student Installation Instructions
*Note: Prior to installation, please review the System
Requirements page to ensure your computer meets minimum the system
**Please Note: Prior to installing, please ensure you have no previous or trial versions of the Microsoft office suite installed. Should you have a previous or trial version, instructions for uninstalling software can be found HERE
into your Office365 Student E-Mail account at: https://mail.uc.edu
on the “Gear” icon in the top right corner of your mailbox.
“Office 365 Settings” from the menu.
the Settings page click “Software” on the left hand side.
the Software page, click “Office” on the left hand side.
your Language from the drop down menu.
“Install” and the 1GB installation file will start download.
the installation file is downloaded, double click the file by clicking the
Downloads button in your browser.
installation file will now mount and an Office Installer Window will open.
10. Double Click the
Office Installer folder and the installation will begin.
11. When prompted, allow
the installation to continue, giving approval to continue as necessary.
12. Once the installation
is complete, your copy of Office will be fully activated and connected to your
Office 365 account!
*If after installation you are prompted for a license key or an Office 365 account, please select the Office 365 account sign in. Login using your full UConnect email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and your central login service (CLS) password.
