Pinnacle Troubleshooting Guide

Instructions for adding the pinnacle tele-management URL to pop-up exceptions list in Firefox

If the View Report feature does not work properly in Pinnacle, you will need to add the URL to your pop-up exceptions list in Firefox.

1.   Click on the Menu icon  (three stacked lines, sometimes called a hamburger) on the far right of the screen.

2.   Click on the Options icon (a gear) in the Menu.


3.   This will open another tab in the browser. Select the Content tab (a document) on the left side of the screen.

4.   Click the Exceptions button on the right side of the popup.

5.   Type ucitbilling.uc.edu in the address of website field.

6.   Click the Allow button. 

7.   Click the Save Changes button.

8.   The Pinnacle URL will be allowed to create pop-up windows, and a print-ready report will display on screen.
