Solution: Check the user’s group membership in LDAP. This message occurs when a user is in the VPN_UCFlexGuest group. This role allows VPN access restricting the user to the UCFlex Portal and is used for former employees to acquire HR information. This role is only applied when they are not eligible for another role. If they are in another valid role applied, the ticket should be reassigned to the Identity Management Group to investigate the group membership.

3)  Error Message: Please enter a secure gateway to connect to.
