Using Web Upload

*Supported Document Extensions: .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .pdf, .rtf

*Supported Image Extensions: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .tiff, .tif

1.       Log into your wēpa account at www.wepanow.com/login and select University of Cincinnati. Then login using your UC credentials.

            

2.       Click the Web Upload icon.

3.       Select Choose File on the left to select document from directory (File size must not exceed 20MB).

4.       Change print settings on the right such as single or double-sided (duplex), Color or B&W, copies, page range and orientation.

5.       Finally, select Send to Wepa to complete the upload.

Note: Color prints cannot be accessed from a B&W Only Print Station.

6.       You will get a print confirmation if the upload was successful. After that, go to your nearest wepa print station and print your document. Documents uploaded from the web will stay there for 7 days until printed.

Re-Print Uploaded Document

If you have already printed your uploaded document, it will disappear from the print kiosk. To re-print, go to Members Area [top right]. You will need to recover the file by selecting Recover File by the document name.

Delete Print Job

1.       To delete a print job, to go Members Area at the top right.

2.       Then select what files or documents you want to delete by selecting the checkbox.

3.       Select Delete and your documents will be deleted. The document(s) can be recovered later if you need to restore the document.

Add Funds to Wepa Account

1.       To add funds to your Wepa Account, to go Members Area at the top right.

2.      Select the More Options button and Deposit Funds.

3.      Enter your payment information (credit/debit) or pay with PayPal and click Submit CC Deposit. By adding funds to your Wepa Account, you can pay for your prints without using your Bearcat Card funds.
