 UCFilespace OneDrive Migration - Missing Files

 What to do if your UCFilespace files were not migrated to OneDrive.

If you are not an active affiliate of the University:

The migration of files from UCFilespace to OneDrive applied to any user with an active affiliation to the University, whether student, faculty, staff, or other eligible status.

If you were not eligible for this migration due to not having an active affiliation with the University, your data is preserved in our archive of UCFilespace until 12/22/2020, after which it will be deleted.

If you would like to have your data retrieved from the UCFilespace archive, please contact the Service Desk at 513-556-4357 to have a service ticket opened. The group responsible for the ticket will work with you to provide a copy of your data.


If you are an active affiliate of the University:

If you determine that files are missing from your migration, please contact the Service Desk at 513-556-4357 or open a service ticket at https://www.uc.edu/ithelp and the group responsible will assist in verifying and retrieving your data from the UCFilespace archive.

This archive is set to expire on 12/22/2020, after which any data will be lost.
